It is hoped that as from 1st August 2005, victims will be encouraged to take digital photos of the damage caused to their vehicle as a result. They will then be able to send the photo direct (via email or post) to the MVFS. This photo will then be used as the victim’s official exhibit, it will be used in the intelligence unit at Colindale for briefing officers and also by the MVFS themselves.
